4 Eggs Cake mixture
 
1 cup butter softened 2 cups sugar
3 cups flour 4 eggs
1 cup milk 2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla  
 
  1. Cream butter with vanilla.
  2. Add sugar gradually.
  3. Add eggs, 1 at a time and beat until creamy.
  4. Add flour 1/3 at a time, alternately with 1/2 cup of milk at a time.
  5. Add flour last.

For a 6 eggs Cake Mixture

 
1 1/2 cup butter softened 3 cups sugar
4 1/2 cups flour 6 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk 3 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla  
 
  • Cream butter with vanilla.
  • Add sugar gradually.
  • Add eggs, 1 at a time and beat until creamy.
  • Add flour 1/3 at a time, alternately with 1/2 cup of milk at a time.
  • Add flour last.
